Building a Caring Community
STUDENTS:
- ItŐs
that time of year Éthe weather is warming up and it is time to review the
dress code. Shirt sleeves must be the width of a dollar bill or longer. Skirts and
shorts must be longer than the mid thigh. If you
choose to dress inappropriately you will be asked to change your clothing.
- A
reminder no food or drink bottles, opened or closed, outside during lunch.
- In
anticipation of Gary Soto's arrival in Wenatchee on Cinco de Mayo, a very
special presentation will be made this morning during break. Listen for the Foothills Mariachi;
they will be calling you to gather around the stage.
- Do
you like to perform? Choir
class performs more than 4 times a year. This year choir earned a Superior
(the best rating you can get
in a contest). Tomorrow, during the first 15 minutes of first period is
your opportunity to sign up to be part of that winning team! You will be dismissed by your
teacher to go to the Commons after the Pledge.
- Essays
are due at The Wenatchee World today for the Young Writer's Contest. Show you have The Write Stuff!
