At Gettysburg

Day 4

We were up early, had breakfast and departed Philadelphia at 7:30. We arrived in Gettysburg and toured the Shriver House which tells about the townspeople of Gettysburg during the Battle of Gettysburg. After Shriver House we spent some time at the Gettysburg National Cemetery and then went to a large buffet lunch at Genera Picketts.

During the afternoon we toured the new Gettysburg museum and then went out with a guide and toured and heard about the Battle of Gettysburg.

We arrived at our hotel at Dulles airport about 8:30. Some went swimming and some went to bed.

Downloading a picture

To download a picture using a PC right click the mouse button on the picture and follow the instructions.

To download a picture using a MacIntosh hold down the Control key and click the mouse on the picture.
A dialog box comes up that will allow you to save the picture to your computer.
