Day 5

Too much to do and too little time. Half of our group started at the Library of Congress this morning while the other half toured Ford's Theater. The group from Ford's then went to the Library of Congress at 11:00. Lunch was at the Reagan International building. After lunch came the Holocaust museum which is always a very powerful event.

We managed to get to the Korean, Lincoln, and Viet Nam Memorials before a Chineese dinner buffet at the Hunan Gate. After dinner we stopped at the Marine Corps Memorial (Iwo Jima) and then went to the top of the Kennedy Center for a night view of the city.

The weather was great--high 60's and low 70's and lots of sunshine.

Downloading a picture

To download a picture using a PC right click the mouse button on the picture and follow the instructions.

To download a picture using a MacIntosh hold down the Control key and click the mouse on the picture.
A dialog box comes up that will allow you to save the picture to your computer.
