At The World War II Memorial

Day 6

We departed the hotel at 7:45 and went to the Jefferson Memorial. From there we went to the Washington Monument and rode to the top. We then walked to the World War II memorial and then went to lunch at Union Station. The US Capitol was next--we got to see the new visitor center. The Capitol was followed by the Newseum museum.We concluded our night by watching the Washington Capitol Hockey team defeat New York Islanders. We arrived back at the hotel at about 11:00 pm so everyone was off to be.

Downloading a picture

To download a picture using a PC right click the mouse button on the picture and follow the instructions.

To download a picture using a MacIntosh hold down the Control key and click the mouse on the picture.
A dialog box comes up that will allow you to save the picture to your computer.
