| Welcome to 6th Grade Art, a quarterly exploratory class. The purpose of this class is to understand the elements of art through exploring different techniques. Weekly projects and a final project will be created and scored using self, peer, and teacher evaluation. | |
| Grades are in fourth period, and are based on effort and understanding. | |
| Your child will be able to create a design using varied styles of line, color, form, and shape. Texture will be created with line strategies learned in class. Please ask you child what he or she is learning. Products and evaluations are expected at the end of each week. |
