Code of Cooperation
All stakeholders shall be represented as participating and
supportive LIT members. The LIT
established the following Code of Conduct as a means to insure honest dialogue
and productive relationships among the members of the team:
- LIT
members shall actively listen.
- LIT
members shall be open to differing viewpoints and perspectives.
- LIT
members shall be committed to building positive relationships through
trust and honesty within a mutually respectful environment.
- LIT
members shall make a commitment to the efforts of the team through regular
attendance, active participation and focusing on the agenda.
- LIT
members shall avoid the negative and nonproductive behaviors of blaming,
criticizing, interrupting, and dominating the feelings and opinions of
others.
- LIT
members shall not let differences become roadblocks.
- LIT
members shall honor the time constraints of the meeting times (3:10 pm
–5:00 pm)
